Where to get pizza in Brewster

So I was thinking about restaurants in town and whether I should make those part of my blog, but I decided to stick with something I love...pizza! I could truly have pizza every night of the week and be happy!! I'm going to share with you my three favorite places to go in Brewster for pizza.

The first is called Morelli's Taverna on Underpass Road (http://www.morellistaverna.com/pizza.php). It is only a few buildings down from my school, which is very convenient!!

Morelli's used to be Ardeos, which was managed by Kathy Morelli. It had the most amazing Greek pizza which I always ordered. When they closed this year I was so sad because no place in town could make a pizza quite like it. I was thrilled when I heard Kathy was going to open her own restaurant, and wouldn't you know, her pizza is even better!! It is thin crust pizza and my favorite is The Chronis. Here's what's on it...House aioli, green peppers, red onions, feta, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, spinach, pepperoncini, and mozzarella cheese. Truly delicious! Morelli's has a wonderful menu of Italian fare and definitely worth a stop. Pizza is served until midnight in July and August, too!!

The second is Brewster Pizza right on 6A in Foster Square ( http://brewsterpizzaandbrew.com/).

You are guaranteed to have a delicious, traditional pizza, calzone, or sub. My daughter only wants her cheese pizza from Brewster Pizza and it is the only place my other daughter can get the perfect white pizza!! My husband's favorite is the steak bomb. I enjoy their pepperoni. Basically, you can't go wrong with any of them. They offer delivery, too. There is a sports bar attached next door, as well.

The third is Laurino's Tavern and Restaurant on 6A (http://laurinostavern.com/).

Laurino's is a family style restaurant serving more Italian favorites. It is pretty well known for it's specialty pizzas. I have two favorites and generally order both! The first is shrimp scampi. It has olive oil, garlic, capers, roasted red peppers, shrimp, and cheddar cheeses. You won't find one like it around! The other is buffalo chicken which has grilled chicken breast, wing sauce and cheddar cheese, served with a side of bleu cheese dressing for dipping. I have to fight my husband for this one! The owner is our school cafeteria manager, Donna Drown (a little shout out!).

So, those are my three bests picks for pizza if you are visiting my little town of Brewster. Enjoy!!

  1. oh wow! That Pizza from Morellis seems delish!! I love greek salad, and that pizza chronis, covers all the bases of a greek salad. I love that you are sharing pizza restaurants. Pizza is a food that most everyone loves and it's also very affordable. I love reading your blog and learning about cape cod!

  2. Thanks for the recs. I was planning on taking a friend to Brewster area in a wekk or so and will have to check one of them out. It's so hard to find good recommendations of restaurants on the Cape. Trip Advisor in a sense is too broad.
